30-Day Satisfaction "Guarantee"

We're confident you'll love your SomniFix Mouth Strips, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchasing your product(s) to explain why so we can assist you in finding an alternative sleep aid product or process a return of your original purchase. All products (with the exception of any sample packs) purchased on SomniFix.com carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee (the "Guarantee").

Please note, the "Guarantee" only applies to first-time purchases of any product from SomniFix. We will not issue refunds or credits pursuant to this Guarantee for purchases made in a retail store, from an unauthorized seller, or from any other site other than from SomniFix.com.

We believe in our products, and as such, we want you to find the option that best suits your needs. "The Guarantee" was created for that exact purpose, so our customers can connect with our Sleep Specialists to help determine if the product is the right fit, and possibly provide options to assist with your sleep breathing plan.

Our team is available for consultations via email (goodmorning@somnifix.com) to chat with you about your sleep breathing plan.

We believe that mouth taping is a personalized, nightly routine and an individual's response may vary determined by the length of time and consistent usage. Therefore, customers must try the product for a minimum of two weeks. After consultation from our Sleep Specialists, it may also be recommended to adjust your application technique or try complementary products for optimal results. SomniFix works with your body's natural breathing mechanisms. Similarly to a fingerprint, everyone's body may require different sleep breathing plans. Keep in mind, what may work well for some, may not work for you. If, after two weeks, you are still not satisfied with your product and would like options on a return or product exchange, please complete the return form,found here.

*Due to the short usage period, our travel packs and sample packs are not eligible for returns under our 30-Day guarantee.

If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, SomniFix may only issue a store credit towards another SomniFix product(s). If a refund has been issued by SomniFix's customer support team, the refund is for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes the costs of shipping and any applied discounts. SomniFix may request you to mail the product to our facility for quality assurance purposes. SomniFix is not responsible for payment of any return shipping expenses. All claims made pursuant to this Guarantee must be submitted to SomniFix within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy.

All Money-Back Guarantee Forms are subject to a strict review process and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of SomniFix. SomniFix reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior or do not comply with our Terms as outlined on our website. SomniFix will not be held responsible for return shipping charges or any returns or exchanges. If an alternative product is sent as a "replacement," a "Money-Back" return will not be available. Issues due to comfort profile or adhesive preferences are not subject to a 30-day Money-Back guarantee but a product exchange.

30-Days is considered from the time of delivery date. Example: Order #1 placed on January 1st, 2025 @ 9:00 am, return claim must be submitted before January 30th on or before 9:00 am.

Subscription Policy

SomniFix offers one-time purchases, as well as subscription-based options to fit your sleep and breathing wellness needs.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

SomniFix makes canceling, pausing, and changing your subscriptions easy. Simplylog into your account to cancel, pause, or change your recurring order. The purpose of our subscriptions is to allow our customers a seamless way to auto-ship every monthly recurring order. SomniFix's auto-renewals are documented on every order confirmation email and are posted in real-time on your account. It is up to the customer to manage their account prior to renewal if any changes wish to be made to your order.

Due to our "Guarantee," and "Cancel Any Time Policy" (via our account portal), SomniFix does not provide any refunds for any processed subscriptions after 30 days of your initial order. SomniFix will not be able to change credit cards, billing, shipping, or product type once a subscription is processed in our system.

Damaged or Lost Packages

QUALITY CONTROL

All SomniFix products are sealed and tested for quality and are carefully inspected before shipment. Upon delivery, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. All claims for damaged products and any remedy, therefore, are subject to a replacement, refund, or credit; and must be submitted to SomniFix within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy.

PACKAGE TRACKING

We send every customer a unique USPS or UPS tracking number with every order. Before you place your order make sure you enter your email correctly so that you will receive any updates from USPS, UPS, or our team. If you cannot find the tracking email look in your spam folder or contact us.

If you are missing your package follow these 3 steps before contacting us:

  1. Check the current status

  2. Complete the USPS Help Request form and forward the request to goodmorning@somnifix.com

  3. Please allow USPS at least 2 weeks for your product delivery after the date of purchase before submitting a lost package request. Once the product leaves the SomniFix facility, we are subject to USPS shipping policy.

Shipping Policy

UNITED STATES

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in the United States via USPS or UPS priority mail. We will fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States. As soon as your package is on the way to you, our team will send you an email with the tracking information. 

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping can take up to 20 business days when shipping internationally.
