Discover how small changes in your nightly routine can lead to significant improvements in your overall well-being.
Our mouth tape is dermatologist-tested, hypoallergenic, free of harsh chemicals and latex. We proudly manufacture all our products in the USA, ensuring the highest safety standards. SomniFix Mouth Tape can help you:
During sleep our mouths fall open—It happens to all of us. Once our mouths open, our sleep is compromised. In addition to causing increased snoring and CPAP non-compliance.
Mouth breathing undermines the quality of your sleep, inhibiting your body’s ability to restore, repair, and truly rest and perform optimally.
While you sleep, your jaw relaxes, mouth opens, and tongue falls back, leading to mouth breathing, poor sleep, and sometimes snoring.
Nasal breathing supports better dental health by keeping the mouth moist and reducing the risk of cavities and gum disease. It also encourages proper tongue posture, teeth alignment, jaw structure, and overall oral hygiene.
SomniFix helps reduce snoring, dry mouth, and other sleep disturbances, allowing you to feel more rested and energized in the morning.
Improve your CPAP therapy with SomniFix by promoting nasal breathing and reducing air leaks.
When you say good night to mouth breathing, you will say good morning to a whole new you. Your optimized sleep will improve your health, cognitive function, and energy.

They gently hold the lips together with a skin-friendly, hypoallergenic adhesive to support the mandible (jaw) and tongue. The mouth strips cause users to channel air through the nose to optimize breathing patterns. We humans are, after all, built to breathe through the nose. Somnifix Mouth Strips make that a whole lot easier.
Mouth breathers who want to use their noses and mouth snorers who can comfortably breathe through their noses are perfect candidates for SomniFix Mouth Strips. CPAP users who experience air leaks through the mouth are also ideal canditates for our product.
During sleep, the mouth falls open, the jaw drops, and the tongue falls backwards. This creates an obstacle at the top of the airway that disrupts nose breathing, leading to mouth snoring. With SomniFix Mouth Strips, the mouth remains closed during sleep. With the mouth closed, the tongue rests against the roof of the mouth and the jaw does not drop, leaving a clear passage in the respiratory airway for breathing.
SomniFix Strips are generally considered safe for most people. However, because the strips restrict breathing through the mouth, they may pose a risk to people with certain conditions. Although SomniFix Strips do include a small vent that allows for a back-up airflow through the mouth, we recommend against using the mouth strips if you identify with any of the following:
1. Those who regularly experience difficulty breathing through the nose
2. Obese individuals with a BMI over 35
3. People with very low blood pressure
4. Those with severe heart or breathing problems
5. People who currently have a cold, a sinus infection, or an ear infection
6. Individuals with severely chapped lips or broken skin around the mouth
7. Those who have consumed alcohol or sedatives before bed
8. Children.
SomniFix mouth strips are flexible, and they can be adjusted to fit most faces. However, their adhesive capabilities may diminish the more you reposition them, resulting in a weaker seal over your lips.
Our strips are made for sensitive skin. Our Strips use a gel-like adhesive that is soft, gentle, and painless to remove.
Our Mouth Strips are latex-free. They are also gluten-free and hypoallergenic.
Adhesion quality depends on the amount of facial hair. The strips stick well for facial hair that is 10-14 days long. If you have a mustache but no facial hair under the lower lip, you will experience good adhesion. If you have a full beard and mustache, the strips may not adhere as well.

Mouth breathing is the leading cause of CPAP ineffectiveness. SomniFix gently holds your mouth closed, promoting nasal breathing and improving CPAP compliance.
